Arnaud Viviers, President, Chief Executive Officer
Arnaud Viviers has over 28 years of computer industry experience in selling, marketing and management in the software industry, with a specific focus on e-mail archiving for compliance and litigation support systems. His specialty is understanding the technical and legal issue surrounding electronic messaging in the enterprise and translating them into customized business solutions. With a strong background in enterprise scale database OLTP and warehousing, he designs customized implementations and solutions for large scale data applications.
Prior to Strategic Data Retention, Arnaud founded PriceCompete an IBM and Oracle Solution partner specializing in Enterprise Content Management Solutions. In 1996 Arnaud relocated from South Africa to the Sybase office in Atlanta, GA USA. At Sybase Atlanta, he was part of the southeastern banking and brokerage division before founding PriceCompete in 2001 & Strategic Data Retention (SDR) in 2004.
Quin Gregor , Chief Operating Officer & Chief Privacy Officer
Quintin Gregor, is a former HPC software developer, with almost 30 years practical experience in the areas of computer operations, tape, email & file analysis and related computer forensics. He is an expert in the areas of electronic discovery and computer storage technology. He was engaged in both the famous Coleman vs. Morgan Stanley and Zubulake vs. UBS matters.
As a trusted advisor, he works directly with counsel, corporate executives and IT technical staff to deliver objective advice in all phases of discovery. Services include: email conversion, recovery and reconstruction; analysis and defensible reduction of tape archives; transactional data auditing; recommendations for cost containment; litigation readiness planning; litigation information lifecycle management; data preservation; and computer forensics. With his deep historical knowledge of computer systems and backup media, Mr. Gregor is frequently called upon to advise on viability, access and recovery techniques for archival data collections.
He has worked on many of the largest electronic discovery cases in recent years covering intellectual property theft, stock options backdating, dealer-brokers, healthcare, energy, banking, and in other high tech industries. Prior to joining Strategic Data Retention, Mr. Gregor was a Managing Director at HSNO and an expert at LECG. Prior to this he founded the electronic discovery and forensics practice at eMag Solutions LLC. He holds an MS from Georgia Tech.

Ian Kilov , Chief Financial Officer
Ian Kilov has over 28 years experience in roles as an auditor and financial manager, with extensive Big-4 international experience. With deep knowledge of business systems and solutions, Ian's skills extend far beyond that of a conventional CFO, into business consulting, business process redesign and marketing and sales strategies. As a visionary and pragmatist, Ian is an integral part of the SDR management team determining future growth strategies of the company. He holds a BS and MS in Accounting from the University of South Africa.
Josh Watts , VP Software Development
Josh Watts brings over 15 years of software development experience to SDR. Josh serves as the chief architect of SDR’s upcoming Alexis product, overseeing all product development efforts, and creates custom software for use in SDR’s eDiscovery and forensic services. He has extensive experience architecting complex Internet-based software and managing technical development projects. His current professional interests include user interface design, distributed networks, and high performance scalable computing. Prior to joining SDR, Josh worked at various software companies in Atlanta and Seattle, WA. He holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Idaho.

Mark Hayward has 23 years of strong B2B sales and sales management experience, in the commercial / corporate, financial, legal and academic markets, selling application software, information, technical and business services.
