Since January 2009 alone, we have recovered, converted and processed almost 2 billion messages. As a provider of email archiving (on a hosted SaaS basis) since 2003, we have worked with most of the major archiving products and email systems in the market.
- Size is not an issue. If you have 50TB or 500TB of data, we can handle and process it rapidly.
- We offer the fastest Lotus Notes email to "anything" conversion software in the country. We know who our competition is and we have asked them: They are not even close! Our fastest "ever" record was processing 31,500 Lotus Notes email files in well under 48 hours wall-clock time. In this instance, we ingested, filtered, manipulated and output the data, all in fewer two days, to meet a client's tight legal deadline.
- We specialize in Forensic Data Recovery, when it is appropriate (which is most of the time), and work to maintain metadata throughout the conversion process. With our backgrounds in the Legal market, we understand the need for data preservation as well as accurate data presentation. We have been involved with Forensic Data Recovery since 1981.
Centera
If you have data trapped on a Centera and want it extracted to another non-EMC device, give us a call. We use a number of Centera's in our data center and understand the intricacies and most importantly the potential landmines....as well as how to get data out in unconventional ways. Our Discovery Supercharger product was developed to handle the Centera data extraction challenge and produces data at 5-25x that of native applications using the system. Simply put....if you have a Centera and wish you had your data somewhere else, we can help.
Customized Solutions
- The software we use is our own. We have a team of experienced developers, based here in Georgia, who are "byte surgeons". They understand how to take data from point A to point B, and if it needs to be manipulated along the way, can do that too.
- Most of our data conversions are "one-offs". We get involved where most other companies fail or do not have the technical know how to successfully complete the task on time and within budget.
Data Security
- Our conversions are all performed in a secure environment (IR video cameras, logged entry, audio monitoring, secure facilities, restricted access etc). We have all the facilities that you would expect to find and follow all the industry standard protocols. Our client's include some of the largest banks in the country. If you have any concerns in this area, please ask.
- All actions with data are fully logged. We have a full audit trail from end to end within our processing systems and we also maintain a full Chain of Custody from the moment the data leaves your location until it returns. We also can handle data encryption and prefer if the data is sent this way, as a matter of course.
