On-Site or Hosted Solution

To-date SDR has only offered our customers an outsourced e-mail archiving solution. This is a turnkey solution that requires no capital expenditure, or resource from your organization. This solution can be rapidly deployed, typically in 7-10 business days.

If the requirement is to deploy this solution in-house SDR can assist in determing the archiving and discovery requirements. Once we understand the requirement we can make recommendations regarding the best components to build an in-house solution. Once the components have been identified and procured we can help deploy the hardware and install the software required. Our professional services team can assist in all aspects of the application deployment.

Hosted Email

For many companies, a totally outsourced solution is the best answer, to that end SDR has a first class solution for hosted email and compliance. Hosted Microsoft Exchange - we can setup a dedicated exchange environment for you on our servers, and tightly integrate that with our Compliance solution. Our experts have been working with Microsoft Messaging since Microsoft Mail, and will take expert care of your environment. We support Exchange 2003, using RPC over HTTPS, so you'll be able to securely access your email via Microsoft Outlook from the office, home or on the road, and also provide access via Outlook Web Access.
Hosted Lotus Notes/Domino - we can setup a dedicated Domino environment for you on our servers, and tightly integrate that with our Compliance solution. Our staff includes Certified Lotus Notes/Domino Administrators, and are experts in this area. We support secure network connections, and via Domino/INotes Web Access.
Hosted POP/IMAP/WebMail - For those who are more cost conscious, SDR provides basic hosted POP/IMAP/WebMail. Our POP/IMAP/WebMail option includes an option for a dedicated look and feel for your company, and an LDAP based addressbook, so you have fully functional email, at a lower price point then with Microsoft or IBM/Lotus;
Blended - One key solution we offer is a blended solution. A number of our customers prefer to use Microsoft Exchange or Lotus Domino for the office personnel, and use POP/IMAP/WebMail Mail for contract brokers. This gives them a more competitive cost point for the service they provide the contractors, and have full function corporate email. We can do this with a single or as many domain names as you wish;
